Interesting. This is just a thought here, but isn't it possible that this type of set-up could end up causing age based divisions in the church that could enventually lead to a split?

Hmmm. Good question, although Bay seems far from it. I don't think the music is as clear-cut a divider as it might seem, though. For instance, my preference would be the first service in most cases, and I am 47. The concert I attended by "Promise," which sings in the middle service, and it seems to be made up of people about my age, up to people in their 80s. It looked like the median age was about 57.
